A community half full of Emory students. The management is nice... they know everyone by there first name.. which can be creepy sometimes. The complex is taken care of. Roaches can be a problem. I have had quite a few maintance complaints but all were taken care of within 24 hours. The only bad thing was when i moved in over a year ago my bathroom wall was a mold-fest and when i brought it to attention, they sprayed it and said nothing was wrong... in the end they had to take the toiet out and replace the whole wall. They have GREAT community events, and a great CARES team which plans parties and gatherings. There is an occasional noise level which can be bothersome, but has a GREAT location. The gates, when broken are usually fixed prompty, and only once have I felt un-safe (being a single young female). This is a great place to live if you have roomates and pets!
