I've really enjoyed living here. I was coming from a house, so I was most afraid of the noise associated with apt living, but I haven't had any problems. I chose Highland Sq for the awesome location and the third floor loft space (very spacious, pretty, fireplace) On-site managers impressed me with their professionalism and courtesy from the very first visit, and consistently since. A few managers go above and beyond to provide "concierge" level help. I have kids, and they love it here, especially the "community" feel among the few other families and kids (not many) and the neighborly atmosphere among all age groups at the pool. The pool is kept in immaculate condition,as are most of the grounds, with the exception of some pet issues, which the management is addressing (and I never hear any pets, just see occasional "evdience"). Impressive how the apartment owners sponsor kid evenings that benefit charity. The rent on my three bedroom was very competitive for this calibre of apts. I live towards the front of the complex were there's always plenty of parking, but I hear it's a little crowded at the back at night. We feel safe here and keep our windows and french doors on to the deck open. The woodsy setting is private. Overall, highly recommended!
