I've lived here for one year and we just renewed our contract for another year. Overall, the management has been wonderful and incredibly helpful to my roommate and I. Every maintenance issue we have had has been fixed very quickly and the complex is very safe and clean. The gate was fixed 6 months ago and since then we've had no major issues with it. There have been some comments about noise, but the only time we've had a complaint the managment dealt with it immediately. This is a great place to live! I would suggest it to anyone!
