Maintenance requests were completed the same day they were turned in. The maintenance man is hardworking and wonderful! I saw him working on the grounds or the trash/recycling bin area every morning as I left for work. He does a fantastic job!! Maurice in the office is also a fantastic person - friendly, kind and always efficient. The pool area is nice and the laundry center is as well. The units seem to be pretty well insulated; the only neighbor I ever heard was Stompy McStomperson upstairs throwing her bookbag into her bedroom every night.

My only complaint about this complex is the lack of parking. If you do go home straight after work and claim a spot, you will be hoofing it across the property from locating the 1 empty space after 7 p.m. or you'll be creating your own spot along the curb and hoping you don't get towed overnight.

Overall, this is a great complex that is very well-maintained and a good value for a roommate situation close to the Highlands.
