The apartments are okay, and a good size for the one-bedrooms (mine is 809 sq ft). The location is perfect for people who like to live in-town. The apartments have never been serviced once the entire time I have lived there (no changing of air filters, etc). My neighbor's and my air conditioning both went out due to the lack of servicing. It is mostly business professionals 25' and up, so it is nice and quiet here most of the time. There are not enough parking spots and the parking lot has very poor lighting, with many motion activated lights that don't work. You have to ask several times for things to get fixed and maintenance still can't fix leaks or anything. My car and several others in the complex have been broken into. If you get home after 11:00 at night, you can forget about having a parking spot and will have to park on the curb. I am moving out and they have not been nice since I gave my notice and have insisted on showing my apartment while I live. They claim it is in the lease they can show my apartment and have been making appointments without telling me to show my apartment! That is not true. It says in the lease they have access to your apt. for emergencies and such. I told them to stop showing it since they wouldn't tell me when people were coming and some of my personal property got moved. I don't want strangers in my place unannounced while I live there and am still paying rent. I have lived there for over 2 years and have been a good tenant and have always payed my rent early, but now that I am moving out they have decided not to be nice to me anymore and I don't appreciate it.

Look at your lease. Paragraph #13 Right to Access. It says resident authorizes management to show the apartment to prospective residents once resident has given a notice of non-renewal or terminated lease. Management may enter the apartment without notice during normal business hours.
