Rude staff in a sketchy area! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   The apartment is nice except... The neighborhood is sketchy and one might call it a "transitional" neighborhood. There is a lot of crime in this part of Atlanta. Atlanta is #2 just behind Detroit on crime rates...and this neighborhood is no different. Just last week there was a car jacking in the neighborhood Publix parking lot. Also, the neighbors are rude and unfriendly. Alot of pompous snobs. The management is no different.
