I love my apartment and I love the location. The management is rude and inept. The maintenance is slow and the only reason I feel I got any attention is from writing an email as a last attempt from my work (I work in a law firm, the name attached to my email signature).
If you are fine paying to live in a complex where all you get is your apartment and what you do with it, then fine.
The two treadmills in the tiny fitness facility have been broken for almost 3 months, the stair climber for at least 9. I was told they essentially don't have the money to fix them and my rent covers my living space and nothing else, that management can take away or add amenities at their discretion. For a place that charges what they do and already has no amenities beyond the "fitness facility", that's pretty terrible. Along with that, I visited the office and I was told they called somebody to fix the treadmills and they would be out "tomorrow". Seems either they can't get their facts straight or their lies straight.

Im thinking about checking this place out. The location is awesome and the interior seems to be nice from the pics and description(9ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, crown molding). Is it all its cracked up to be? Ima schedule an appointment tomorrow. Hows the maintanence and utilities now? (August 2008)
