All---- complex in ATL :-)

Starting with the rainbow flag hanging from the flagpole out front at the entrance, you know you're in la-la land when you enter Sutton Place (affectionately referred to by Atlanta --- guys as "Slutton Place.) It is an older property but reasonably well maintained. Nice lawn and gardening, OK parking, decent maintainance services and staff. That said, there were some problems during my time there (and I have heard this from former and current residents) that, in some aspects, it really is one big party especially during the warm months (April to October, in Atlanta) and if you're looking for, um, more than a place to live, you'll likely find it at Sutton Place. I actually would have stayed longer, except that I took a new job and the commute distance was too much for me to handle from Sutton Place. I recommend it, though with the understanding that you get what you pay for.
