Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
OLD and I do mean OLD buildings dating to 1968 and I don't think it's ever been renovated. I saw three apartments that were ready to be condemned, and the apartment I was given is in terrible shape. I changed apartments midterm of my lease and the second one was OK but it had ROACHES and also was ice cold during the winter. Neighbors had festive parties on their decks which was fun but it didn't make up for all the headaches I had from this place. If you move here you better get everything laid out in writing as to what eventually will be your responsibility to repair or replace. And turning out on to Buford Highway is lethal.
