To my fellow --- Atlantans...take your business elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the rainbow flags out front or the Queens who work in the office...those are the only traces of Queerdom in this apartment complex. It is primarily a Hispanic apartment complex these days.
If HASP's only problem was that they were no longer ---...I would not have even taken the time to write this review. Here's a list of what you are looking to sign up for:
1.) Roaches
2.) Random intoxicated drama in the parking lot caused by people who do not even live in the complex
3.) When calling the police to report aforementioned random drama...Police department says, "Yes, we are very familiar with Highland at Sutton Place...we get calls to come there all the time."
4.) Frequent drug deals
5.) Used Needles on the front stoop of your apartment
6.) When reporting a car break-in and drug deals...front office staff looks at you like you have three eyes and you are out of your mind for being troubled by drug deals and car break-ins.
7.) Having to pay a non-refundable $200 just for the right to put up a satellite dish
8.) Getting off work early to drop your rent off because there is no drop-box, the office closes at 5:30 and even though they have posted Saturday hours, 9 times out of 10 no one is in the office on Saturday
9.) Having management send around a notice to pick up your dog s*&t and then watching him allow his dogs to not be on a leash and s*&t all over the apartment grounds without picking it up. (you know who you are you hypocritical lazy bas%^rd!!!)
10.) Having not 1...not 2...not 3...BUT 4 sets of neighbors move in or out between the hours of 1:30am and 4am on a weekday

I could go on and on and on...if this isn't enough to prevent you from moving here...you deserve what you get.
