I should know, after being a resident for four years I was evicted -- because I refused to live with MOLD growing inside of our broken, continuously leaking A/C unit and inside the walls.

And reviews above are true, you can bet on:
-roaches
-alcoholics, drugs and dirty needles
-few ---- besides the fat ugly ---- in the
office, who will never help or assist
tenants in any way
-lots of --------- and an abundance of
families, with loud unattended to children
-continuous breakins to vehicles and units
-dog ---- littering every courtyard
-dirty pools, you won't be able to utilize
-dilapidated units
-no safety and if you attempt to put up a
camera you will be asked to remove it
-you can't even bring in groceries without
being hit on by repulsive, vulgar trash
-trash bins about 20feet from every
building and stink profusely
-if you are lucky enough to see anyone
from maintenance, trust me they smell so
badly you will have to ask them to leave
and even after doing so can still smell
them three hours later!!

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. It's so bad that the unskilled, office stunts won't even live there and just look how paltry and low-class they are!!
