I lived there four years. The first three years were OK to tolerable, but the final year was abyssmal. The place is a drug dealer's paradise. There is open sex in the pools and courtyards at night, and in the laundry room I often found spent condoms and lube packets. Dogs run wild and crap everywhere, owners don't bother to pick it up. The cops were there all the time. Latinos are cool but they let their children run naked all over the place unattended. I once saw a little naked latino boy peering into my ground floor patio. My car was broken into twice within a three month period. Guys who don't even live here just stroll around cruising and randomly knock on windows and doors looking for sex. Avoid this place at all costs, no matter how smarmy the office staff may be in attempting to lure you into this most hellbound of all possible apartment complexes.
