Okay lets be real, you get what you pay for, Ive lived in highland Sutton Place for One year, and honestly for the area the price is reasonable, No you dont get some of the upgraded amenities of some of the other apartments in the area however the size and floorplans make up for what is lacking. The grounds are well kept, and with the few maintanence problems ive had been taken care of. Jimmy the maintanence manager does a wonderful job and very attentive. Currently we are on our 3rd property manager in a year, each were very nice. Russell who was the second one was the best, WHY he left i dont know. Im not sure of why its a task in getting in contact with someone in the leasing office (it seems the answering service always picks up). I havent experienced a roach problem or any of the other problems. Since being here i recieved new refrigerator, stove, toilet, and carpeting on my outdoor patio with no problem. so i guess really i have no complaints. There are kids but not really loud, and really are polite. OH OH the walls are Hella thin so i suggest an upstairs apartment i stay downstairs and can hear everytime someone opens a door or goes upstairs. But other than that all is good. If they invest in a renovation this property would be awsome.
