I have lived on this property for over a year, and I really believe that the people that have posted these OPINIONS, because that is what they are, are generally negative people to begin with. Typically, they are move in with a negative attitude, and nothing makes them happy. Since I've lived here I've had the average maintenance problems, as I assume any apartment would have, but they were taken care of promptly without incident, (i.e. change being stolen). The office staff is excellent, sorry that Abby can't always tell you what you want to hear, but grow up and take care of things yourself. Her job is not to baby you and tell you how to pay your rent on time, you have a lease, look at it. The grounds are very well maintained, and the new landscaping company has only made things better. If apartment living does not agree with you, buy a house and then deal with your Home Ownders Association, and see which one is more accomodating. Tina was a great employee to deal with, but I've noticed a change in office staff, which I'm very pleased with. In closing, I would recommend Highlands at Briarcliff to anyone who likes apartments with character and space.
