Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Do not sign a lease at this overpriced yuppie crap hole.
1. My apartment flooded 5 times.
2. My neighbor smoked so much weed I could get high sitting on my couch.
3. Managment stinks-and everybody knows who the big jerk is running the front office-all complaints fell on deaf ears.
4. Pray they don?t stick you on a first floor apartment with an ADD child running around on your ceiling at all hours of the day and night.
5. No Parking-especially for a guest.
I gave management the middle finger when they tried to raise our rent-I bought a house instead.
Do yourself a favor and BUY THE HOUSE! DON?T GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!
