Getting Better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   New office staff have definitely made a difference. While parking is still a nightmare with inadequate spaces and congestion from the restaurants you can see improvements. Midtown security patrol has started driving by - officer even introduced himself to us on the street. Installation of outside lights in previous dark alleys. Leasing office is very responsive to complaints and has starting hosting resident parties. Rent is deeply discounted on certain units - below prices at less attractive apartments.
