Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I'd lived at the apartment from the time it first opened until my lease ran out just recently. It was no doubt the place to live when it first opened, but I wouldn't recommend anyone move in there these days. Crime is a major problem. Car burglaries and apartment break-ins were a chronic problem. Management flat out REFUSED to do anything about it, dismissing every compaint as a small price to pay for living intown. It wasn't until one of their own,Mashella the leasing agent was broken into, that they finally decided to lift a finger, and she didn't even live there!!! That just goes to show you where their priorities are. And even with security cameras crazy stuff is always happening!
The place is overpriced, even considering the location. Most of the luxuries that made the place worthwhile have been taken away. There is tremendous turnover among the leasing office staff, maybe they know the place sucks too....
