Don't plan on having any luck reasoning with the manager, and her boss really isn't much better, why are so many apartment managers so difficult and mad all the time. If someone in the front office tells you something of any importance, get it in writing and signed by them, because if they don't know what they are talking about or if the manage doesn't want to honor what their office staff told you, she won't. I liked the location and the apartment, but would never again live under the "summit" management realm, Lane was better as far as I could see.
