Now called Summit Midtown, I moved in in April and in Dec will be moving out. We loved our floor plan and the location. Maintenance was always quick to respond to issues with in the unit but. My roomate's truck has been broken into 6 times and each time has cost him over $300 to fix the broken window, one of our guest had his car broekn into and had over $3000 worth of stereo equipment. Last night my roomate was hoem for less than 2 hours when he discovered his window was busted. When speaking to one of the managers, the basically hinted that it is my roomates fault. IS it too much to ask for some security when you are paying almost $1300 in rent'
