I have lived at Icon for almost one year now and I will be renewing my lease by the end of the month. I want new residents to know what a GREAT staff there is working at Icon. Every time I go in or call for a maint. request it really gets done, not like my old apartment comm.!!! (no names)!!!
I just wanted to post good things about my place and let future renters know Icon has been very good to me.

intargc - it is unproductive to go around saying "this is the staff" for every interview.
Coming from someone who currently lives in Atlanta, the place seems nice at first glance. Crime is everywhere; you can't avoid it. The Target is fully built, and things have calmed down. If you can take the train noise, then it looks like a good place to live to me.
