Poor Service-poor management group From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I moved into these apartments when they were called Spring Creek. I renewed my lease in October 05 when they were still Spring Creek...when the maintenance men were so nice and helpful, and if you made a complaint someone acutally cared to correct the issue/problem....now I have made more than several phone calls, and its almost as if the office is playing a game, refusing to call me back. I really enjoyed this complex until Lyon took over....They got rid of all the staff..and the new staff is useless. I've made 6 maintenance requests, and comlained over and over, and no one has yet to enter my apartment...wait....i take that back. the maintenance people came in, used my bathroom, left the toilet seat up (I would know as I am a girl), glued a pice of non-matching carpet to the hole in mine, and left....not leaving a work notice or anything. I tried to complain about that one too...and no one has returned my calls. And yet, someone washed my door yesterday....there are plenty of things that need to be done before the staff goes bleaching doors...ugh.
