They are TRUE I have had my experiences- however thankfully I didn't experience the rats!- I moved here when it was Spring Creek (Good Stuff) Until Alas!!! LYON Group arrived...I gave several chances for them to fix my termite issue which resulted in me calling the corporate office. You would think that they would want to keep you here-(been here 2yrs)I don't feel wanted...therefore I will be moving where I don't have to feel like an outsider!-- besides the increase in rent and water bills will turn away most- be cautious-->
