2.5 years and enough From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I moved in under AMLI mgmt; when they sold it started getting bad. Then Lyons bought the place and it has become horrible. Mgmt is rude, loud music from everywhere is damn near constant, loud unsupervised kids running and screaming until 11pm or later, trashbags in the breezeways attracting varmits galore, parking shortages, and dog doo everyone which make the hot summers days smell wonderfully pleasent. When you are told to 'f-off Cracker' by you new neighbor when you try to introduce yourself, you just do feel safe. My lease runs out in a 2 months and I will not be here. The constant rotation of renters and the number of eviction notices hanging on the doors is a tell tale sign of the clients that this place draws. Oh yeah, I've got several neighbors where there are at least 8 people living in one place. This puts parking at a premium and increases the price YOU pay for water. Oh, and the gym; it's all fixed now, but 50% of the eqiupment was broken for 7 months before they bothered to fix/replace it.
