Unfortunately people don't take the time to give kudos, they just take the time to complain. That being said, Jay is one of the most professional people in the office. He is both fair, efficient, and honest. I don't really know any of the other staff, but I can say that my experiences with Jay have only been positive. Then again, I always pay my rent on time. You can't blame someone for just doing their job.
