I moved to the Fountains complex of Jasmine after my fiasco with Harbor Pointe (read my review on them). So far so good... but I am comparing it to Harbor Pointe and nothing can be worse than that place. Anyway, I love my apt! It is newly renovated with cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, new paint. Its very quiet (except when the maintenace guys are renovating the empty apt next to me, but thats only during the day and I'm rarely here then). Plenty of parking. Haven't met the neighbors officially but just from observing I'm pretty comfortable with them. Reviews stating that drugs are in the complex need to wake up... DRUGS ARE EVERYWHERE! Not just the hood. You'll never escape it no matter how far you move away from urban areas... it just becomes more hidden. But i've not noticed anything that concerns me. And i'm comfortable letting my girlfriend walk from her car to my door at night. Maintenance is on crack so far. I called about a slow drain and they were there within 5 minutes!!! Even lent me a dolly to move in my furniture and other tools to put the furniture together! I was taking out the trash one day and a maintenance guy driving in one of the golf carts said he'd take it! Impressed I was. The staff is on point as well. I was in need of my mailbox key which I hadn't received and went to the leasing office to inquire about it. She made a phone call, talked with maintenance, and they cut and delivered the keys to my apt within the next 20 mins. I love the greenery around here (trees, grass... etc). Has a "hide-a-way" feel to it. Grounds are very clean... no trash. It seems sites like these have some complexes stepping their game up tremendously. I don't know what the other reviewers are complaining about... its apt living.... nothing is going to be perfect but what counts is how problems are rectified. If you want perfect living then buy a house in the middle of Wyoming or somewhere lik that where you won't have more than 2 neighbors. LOL. In my experience, you have to see for yourself. Don't rent places based on Web Browsing and the photos they show... go see! I made the mistake of not seeing for self with Harbor Pointe. Anyhoo, like someone said... its Atlanta, you have to take the bad with the good, and here, the good far outweighs the bad. Now, should my opinion change i'll update. But so far the decision to move here was an excellent one.

This resident hasn't lived here long enough to know all the facts, nor can he compare the complex prior to Lyon Mgmt. buying it. "Maintenance on crack"...hmmm, might have been worded a little differently.

Obviously this person either works for Lyon or has been here a VERY short amount of time. Just give it time, partner, you'll find out you made a big mistake. How do you feel now that a girl has been raped here and all the recent break-ins?
