Please, whatever you do, DON'T MOVE HERE. This place has changed ownership at least three times over the time that I have lived here. The latest owner, Lyon has really taken the cake by putting probably the worst office staff in the history of offices in place. Crime has spiraled out of control and the losers in the leasing office could care less. If you ask them to do anything they always reply with "we have no obligation to do that" these people are the WORST of the WORST!!! I doubt many of them even completed high school. They're completely awful!!
I speculate that ANY favorable review of this apartment complex has most likley been written by the staff themselves and SHOULDN'T BE BELIEVED!

Dear Anonymous and future Reader,
Unfortunately if you do not take the time to review the area you will not see that every community within a 15 mile radius has received poor comments due to the fact that out of the thousands of satisfied renters that move to or currently live in the Sandy Springs area don't have the time to waste on Apartmentratings.com. If you compare the total number of residents in the area versus the number of compaints it shows that only a small fraction leave a bad review if any.

All you have to do is a basic search of apartmentratings.com and you will see that the above statement is NOT true. This complex has one of the lowest ratings by residents in the area. Another fact that can be verified!
