Have been there for almost a yr and cannot wait to get out. My apartment was recently broken into and the leasing office staff really could care less other than to offer me a hotel style extra lock. The corporate office is even worse, it took eleven phone calls to get the property manager to call me back. They will not work with you if your place is broken into. Dont ever rent from this place, there are slightly more expensive properties in more desirable areas. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

We hope that everyone understands that in no way, shape, or form, has Jasmine Sandy Springs promised or offered any type of safety or security. We would also like to remind everyone that crime has no zip code and can happen everywhere. Please contact the local authorities to obtain a complete listing of crime statistics.
Furthermore...
“We are pleased that you have decided to visit this site in order to post your opinion or read reviews about our community. We do however, want you to know that AptRatings.com does not filter or verify the accuracy any of the claims posted on this site. Anyone, including tenants who have been evicted or other apartment competitors, can post an anonymous message on this site in order to taint the image of the property and the management. Therefore, we ask you to use your judgment and good sense when reading the reviews about a community and particularly about the management. If you should have any questions we encourage you to call our local corporate office at (770)612-3281.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
Sincerely,
Management

OMG...PDhills should be embarrassed to even post the comment they did above...you don't promise any type of security after having break-ins and rapes.....
Look elsewhere at least other places have types of securities and care about having a safe place....no matter what zip code they are in. THey are all programmed to say "contact the local police station for statistics" yet every person on here has mentioned that they went to the front office and even as far as coporate yet they don't know of anything!?!?! At least the other aparmtnet complexes near by don't have crime statitics at their local police station.

I can't believe the note posted here by Management (pdhills) at Jasmine Apartments. Yes, there is crime in every ZIP code, but there's a lot more in some than in others, because some property owners care. I don't know if I'm more upset with their arrogance or their incompetence. And they have the audacity to respond to a home invasion and rape by claiming, "We never promised you safety or security"? Gee, thanks.
I've been here through three management companies. When I moved in this apartment complex's Internet "review" ratings were in the 80s. Now they're at 23 and falling, and management wants you to believe it's because of a few unkind notes from a few disgruntled former tenants? This complex was once beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. Now it's a terror -- a home invasion, car thefts, break-ins, rats, loud music until 4:00 a.m., more rats, Katrina evacuees wandering around all day, never in school or at work, just smoking dope, drinking beer and playing their loud music. Did I mention the rats, which management practically invited by refusing for an entire year to empty their dumpster on weekends? Not the brightest bulbs in the box, these guys.
In Management's statement,"AptRatings.com does not filter or verify the accuracy any of the claims posted on this site" they are implying that some of these postings are untrue. If you are looking to move in, CHALLENGE THEM ON THE FACTS! Ask them to show even one single inaccuracy in the reviews posted here. They know very well that these posts are true, and that things went to hell as soon as they took over. Do you want to compare crime by ZIP code, Management? Look at the DOJ Uniform Crime Statistics (2006) for 30350/Brandon Mill Rd.
Trust me, you'll never hear about crime from Management, so do your own homework. Better yet, pick up the phone and call the Sandy Springs police department. They're here a lot and can give you an earful.
Management needs to spend less time "spinning" car break-ins and rapes as minor everyday annoyances and start cleaning up their act. Quit renting to everyone who breathes and do some background checks. No more illegals, stacked 5 or 6 to an apartment. No more Katrinites. Hire some cops, for God's sake, before someone gets killed. Clean the place up. Get to work and stop lying to potential tenants.

Management is a bunch of incompitent monkeys! Trust me if there are bad comments about this property on here they are made by unhappy residents, I'm one of them. They should be ashamed and stop regurgitating comments that corporate feed them, haven't "...promised or offered any type of safety or security." WE KNOW!! THAT'S THE PROBLEM!!

Wow. I hope they keep posting. They're showing their true colors with these posts. Keep it coming, Jasmine! You never promised or offered us any safety or security--this kind of thing is priceless!

I have just moved to the Atlanta area and was looking into renting from this particular apartment complex. After reading the ratings for Jasmine, I have immediately retracted my decision to do so. So thank you all for the reviews. I could have easily ended up a rape victim of a Katrinite, who in turn would probably have made me smoke "dope" at 4am and listen to loud music.SCARY!
