Look around!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   There are way nicer places in the area for the same price!!! I've been recently apartment hunting and loved this place from the get go and wanted to rent here....first the lady at the desk gave me the wrong prices which i didn't realize until i went back the following weekend, then management was supposed to get back with me about the correct price which they never did. I placed a number of calls to them basically going soo out of my way to try to rent the apartment and two weeks later they have yet to contact me back. So you would think that in the beginning is when you would get the best service because they would be TRYING to rent out a place!'!'! So i've rented an apartment close by for around the same price, way nicer, better management and obviously safer. The rape is true i've contacted the local police and i do believe the residents living there saying doors have been kicked in. Management is programmed to respond with "we don't have the records you need to contact the local police" (as the same answer has came from a number of different staff members) when instead they should be stressing the extremes they are going to to make it safer. Instead they are wasting time posting comments on here (in my opinion making themselves look worse) stating the don't promise security and safety!'!'! why would you rent to a place that says that, they should at least be TRYING to be able to promise security and safety instead of blantly stating they don't!'!'! They are right crime has no zip code however when you check apartment ratings and other places are rated bad because of noise or people not picking up after their dogs, that is a whole different story from break-ins and rapes! I am not saying don't check out the place but i am stressing to look around before choosing, like i said i was renting here after my first visit, it only took me two weeks of dealing with them to realize how thankful it didn't end up being a year!!!
