overall From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   overall not a bad place to live but the rent is too high especially if you in a one bedroom apt WITH NO DINING ROOM' and the rent is 700 a month... I know I could do better, but as I read some of the other comments, I MUST AGREE that the maintenance team is AWESOME and nicer than that crappy staff in the leasing office. Perhaps mgt should change jobs with maintenance. I give those guys 5,000 stars while the leasing office gets a NEGATIVE ONE BILLION...I won't be renewing my lease that's fer sure!!!!
