I have lived in this complex for about 7 months now. At first everything seemed really nice, just a few problems an ant here or there laundry anytime you needed to do it. As the months went on my apartment was overrun by ants, in the kitchen, bathrooms, closet in my cloths, we even have spiders these black spiders that are not common house spiders. The exterminator came at least 3 weeks in a row and still the problem is not solved. My car was broken into. Yes you have free laundry facilities but they did not tell us there was no hot water available and now you have to do your laundry on their time. Everyone can not work around the leasing office time. The staff in the office does not seem sincere (not everyone), yes they smile in your face but unless you harrass them sometimes things do not get done. They are trying a new outreach effort with the CARE Team but that doesn't make up for the bugs and constant problems.
