This place is perfect for the price I?m paying. I haven?t had any problems yet, and the staff seems nice enough to me.



I live in a one bedroom apt, and it's about 200 sq ft larger than the place I moved from (which cost me the same in rent). There are washers and dryers IN the apartments, but if you dont want to use your own water and electricity, they have a 24 hour laundromat which is entirely FREE! And get this, you can even drop your clothes off (with your own detergent of course) in the morning before work, and they will wash, dry, and FOLD them for you, for FREE!!



The pool by my building is super nice, and the fitness center is decent too. Also, they have fireplaces in the apartments for no additional cost in rent. This helps energy costs in the winter, believe me.



I also like the fact that there are many diverse age groups living here, including many families with children. I would not be able to live in a place where its all retired people, all quiet all the time. I like to hear children playing, and people having fun. And so far I havent had any issues with people being too loud, or partying too late into the night.



So I would recommend this place to anyone. It's SOOOOO affordable, and you really get more than you pay for here, in my humble opinion.
