Nice place, Pluses outweigh Minuses.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
- Grounds look great. (I came from downtown so this may be a relative judgement)
- Lots of parking where I'm at.
- Very competitive price for 2 bed/2 bath: $660.
- Kitchen drawers were poorly mounted, kept falling (hard to explain).
- Toilets function well, which can't be said of most places I've lived. That may sound weird, but show of hands: Who here likes plunging a clogged toilet after using it' Maybe I just poop a lot...
- Diversity of people, ethnicity.
- Diversity of spiders. I've seen so many different kinds of spiders here, one of huge fella right outside my apt. Other insects include tiny roaches every once in a while.
- DSL was available (Earthlink); Cable also (dunno provider).
- Good location I think, but I don't travel into the city for work/school.
- Train yards are nearby so around 11:30pm those engineers have a ball with the horn
- Love the environment. My neighbors happen to be quiet so the place is dead silent, except for the trains at just that specific time.
- Gated Community but gates let 5-6 cars in w/ one opening. Haven't seen a whiff of crime while I've been here though.
Most of the cons don't bother me at all. And the pros are what sell it. Especially the price.
A word to the other reviewers: You know, I wish I could pay $100/month to live in a Palace with Armed Guards and king size beds... keep dreaming, guys. Was there ever a place you WERE happy' (at home w/ the folks doesn't count)
To potential renters: I'm getting what I paid for, more perhaps. Can't guarantee you will too but it's definitely worth a look. Been here 6 months, signing up for 6 more.
