The Arbors at Winters Chapel is a convenient and nice place to call home. What sold me on the apartment that I currently reside in is the wrap around terrace that is accessible from three rooms of the house, the spacious apartment size, and the amenities.

I beg to differ with those who believe the complex leaves a lot to be desired, as home is what you make it. I have had some minor encounters with a very raunchy neighbor, but still am not swayed in my judgement on my opinion of the overall complex.

If your interested in looking. Come take a look and you be the judge. Oh, and lastly at times it is hard to find a parking space in the area that I live in. That speaks for itself, someone is living here...even if the few Joe Blows who have had bad experiences aren't.
