Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I gave this place a chance with all the bad news I have heard in the past. The low rent was offset by my car being broken into twice and my apartment vandalized. The woman living above me had her car broken into as well. One day, I came out to find my neighbor's civic up on cinder blocks because someone stole his wheels. A winshield of a Brand New BMW M3 was bashed in from vandals. Avoid this community at all costs. Your safety is worth more than the rent you will save. Looks can be decieving.
