Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
For $730.00 a one bedroom is not practical for outside the perimeter. Besides the high crime area(look it up in public records/Doraville)the apartments are falling apart on the inside. The maint. is quick and effcnt. The leasing staff are all friendly. Make sure you look at this property more than once and at different times of day/night before you sign that contract. I am currently looking for elsewhere. Good luck!
