I completely concur with some of the other comments. Since LYON corp. took over everything's gone down the drain! Customer Service is terrible. They don't want to help. They just want their commission at the end of the month. They don't pay attention when you talk to them. They did take all of our amenities away, and the gates DON'T work! They're more concerned about the landscape than making the residents happy. The only thing they have going for them is the location, although there are other apartments in the area, so that may not last for long!
