I have been a resident for a little under 3 years now. I have seen a dramatic nose dive in the property up keep. I changed apartments recently- when i got there, bugs and spiders galore! the faucet knob caps that read "hot" and "cold" popped off the first time I ever touched them. ( on both the bathroom sink and tub. imagine that.lol) and my air conditioner went out....leaving my apartment at 102 degrees in the day and 95 at night. At my old apartment I never had problems like these at all....but when i think about it...i moved into that one about 3 years ago when more care was taken. Now, no body cares. And most of all...I think i am starting to see a lower class of people populating here, but i can't put my finger on it.

However...When I reported my air conditioner, the service was prompt and effecient. They brought a portable AC unit to my house for the night...then fixed the problem the next evening. So im a little half and half. NO the place is not what it used to be. YES there are still people who do there job here. so in all honesty they should just go back to the basics.
