I moved here because the rent is reasonable for the location. I needed something relatively close to school at UGA and my job in Atlanta. The price of the apartment is the ONLY good thing about this place. I am a student and need a relatively quiet environment to study. I currently have two children above me who run around from 7 am to 9:30 pm (I timed it!) and the apartment complex has done nothing about it. Also, my hot water works for exactly five minutes. So, when I take a shower, I need to get in and get out. I have filled out TWO work orders and nothing has been done yet. My water heater busted last month and soaked the whole apartment. That day, two other apartments were flooded because of busted water heaters (I heard the maintenance men talking about it). The staff is not always friendly, particularly the resident officer (or whatever he is). I have already signed on to move into another apartment complex because I can't even think about having to spend three more months here, let alone another year. This place SUCKS! I promise you... Don't do it to yourself. There are so many other quality places in the area. You owe it to yourself to spend a little extra money for peace and quiet.... and hot water that lasts longer than five minutes.

do you know any other better apartments in this area, Im going to perimeter college and I need a good place to stay, affordable.
