I've read all 14 of the previous postings. I have seen opinions to reflect that of mixed emotion about the complex.

I've been at Arbors 6 months now. I have not been personally effected or aware of criminal activity. It would seem that I have arrived after this has taken place.

During my stay here thus far, the complex has worked with me in several personal areas. I've also had the same positive response from the maintenance department. I had an appliance stop working at they replaced it quickly.

I will however confirm the gates do seem to be challenged. Yes there is a seemingly long time before they actually close. There are times when you return from being away to find the gates open. I would tend to think the turn around time for repair would be quicker, but I also suspect that residents do not report the problem and the apartments do not know the problem exsists until later.

If I had read the comments prior to moving in, I probably would not have considered this location. At this point, I am happy that I am here. The pools are nice, I don't use the tennis courts and the weight room seems to have equipment one would use if working out. Laundry and trash service sounds very nice, just doesn't fit into my schedule. My official opinion is I am happy for the moment. Everything that I expect from the complex has been presented to me. I'll report back when it is time to renew.
