You get a good bit of space for the money and they usually have places available in a hurry but otherwise not a nice place to live. Unreliable maintenance, fatal shooting on the property during my stay, roaches. Yeah, better steer clear.

Omg, thx for the caution, I live in Texas but will be relocationg to Atl in January. I'm taking a trip down there this wkend and I had an appt. schedualed but I think the fatal shooting did it for me. Thx for the heads up.

I currently just moved in to Jasmine Trais. At first I was excited about the rent being so cheap $499. However, I now realized that you get what you pay for. One, my apt smells like cooked cabbage, no matter how ofetn I clean. I have complained to management on several occasions. They say that they will have someone to come out and check out whats going on but I STILL have the odor. Two, my neighbors above me have an illegal pet so their pet's waste falls dwn onto my patio. I am regretting signing the lease and am considering breaking the lease and moving elsewhere. Managemnt constatntly says that they will come and complete repairs but I have been waiting TWO WEEKS for the simpliest repairs to be completed. They ALWAYS say it should be done in two days and it NEVER is.
