I have been living here for about four years. Only reason I m here is because of my heavy work schedule which does not give me any time to look for another apartment. This apartment s home is nothing but a broken box.
The manager is a disrespectful jerk. Never had he done any thing what he was supposed to do. As for complaining to the higher authorities of this apartment complex; forget it, they are just a bunch of arrogant good for nothings who does not know any thing about customer service or how to behave for that matter.
The entrance path and the parking lot of the apartment are broken. You ll need a SUV that can drive through rugged terrain. If don t got one then be ready to repair you car.
The laundry room is dirty as hell. You ll find strange insects crawling around all the time. The machine does not work often. There are four washers and three dryer. You will not find a day when the machine took your money and did not work. The dryers does a poor job of drying, you ll need to put your cloths second perhaps third time to be dried.
They don t allow pets. This is perfectly fine with me. But ironical enough you will find eleven cats roaming all over. Not there is something wrong with that, but the problem is they scream in the middle of the night and finding their poop on your front door in the morning will be once in every three day thing.
They don t allow motorcycle for noise and as the manager told me for motorcycle gangs (!'!'!'!') huh'''' Well I guess they have been high and watching action movies. Any way, though motorcycle is ban on their property for noise, some residents and their guest s car s loud turbo exhaust will sure get your ears bleed. One of the maintainer s trucks makes quite the loud noise too. If you are considering moving here, be also prepare to wake up 5:30am in the morning because that s when the very loud garbage truck comes in. It s a good thing only of you have to wake that early.
Finally the houses; for starts, there is no security at all. Once a runaway figurative broke into my apartment and pointed a gun toward me. That s how I made my first TV appearance. Moving on, the maintainer guys are totally incompetent. I had a water leaking problem which they still could not fix. Although I have told them 100 times about roof-leakage on my bedroom, they just did not care. So, I had to fix it by myself. Same goes for my heater. I had to buy separate units. On summer every time I turn on the air conditioner, it leaks water and wash my carpet. I suffered a toilet problem (created by their mistake) witch caused the commode to overflow and mess my carpet with human waste. They fixed the problem and gave me a new carpet but it only took them three days just to response to the issue.
I am very glad that I finally got money to buy a house. Thus I ll be leaving in a month saying goodbye to this hellpartment .
