Kirkwood Flats is good. It is near downtown and quiet. I like it but i would like central AC/heat but the cost is really low on utilities. I guess you always get what you want. the rent office people are very nice and caring!

Thank you! Kirkwood Flats is 13 minutes from the school I will be attending. I checked out the property online and it is now offically on my "To Check" list.
