I lived in Lake Louise for 2 years and I loved it. The apartments were very quiet (you don't share a wall with anyone). And I loved the park-like setting and the walking trails around the lake. Maintenance was good, and management was pretty good. I felt safe there.

The drawbacks were roaches (because of their closeness to the lake). However, they were pretty good about sparying when we asked them to. Also, the water quality was not very good. You had to led the water run for a while in the morning before you could use it. The pipes needed to be replaced.

Overall, I enjoyed living there and I would recommend it.
