Management is changed every year to be worse and worse in their service. They are very rude, don't take care of your problems and find any way to charge you more money. If something breaks in your apartment because it is old they blame you for it and charge you for fixing it. Roaches are extensive in many units and they don't care if you complain; again they just rudely blame you. The building themselves are very old with old appliances.
