Ok. I haven't been there long, but the Lake is beautiful at night, if you can get over all of the geese. They crap everywhere, but you can't blame them with the tenants feeding them off their balcony's. The sidewalks go all around the lake, making for a nice evening walk. The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning, but I fail to see what they are cleaning, it is definately not the filters. The Exercise facility is not good - i.e. old equipment, no tv, and it is not air conditioned, and there is technically a basketball court, without basketball hoops or posts. The tennis courts are good. The pet policy is good, the apartments are a good size. The carpets are old, and need replacement (you can only clean them so many times people!) They have great move in rates right now. I am worried about the electric bill, as the apartments are older, and the windows are just as old. The a/c seems to be running all the time, set at 80 degrees. The appliances are from the 70's. Very spacious with storage. The access gates haven't worked in a while, and the water runs brown for a few seconds after you turn on the water. I have actually drank the tap water a couple times, and have gotten sick to my stomach, so you will definately have to buy bottled water. Some roaches.. based on other reviews, this is not a new statement. I will update later if anything else is discovered.
