If you have small children, then the only saving grace is Evansdale elementary school. Its a very good school. Roaches galore no matter what you do. Windows have no insulation so in the summer time the electric bill is through the roof, and in the winter your gas bill is high. Water pressure is week so if my neighbor upstairs flushes the toilet, then I'm getting 3rd degree burns in my shower. Other than that its a great place.

I would love to find out who exactly is over the employees in the office. I and many others would like to share with the owners of lake louise our horrible experiences with management. The office claims that they don't have the number...
