This place changed a management team several months ago. Although the
new management tried to fix some hardware facilities like gates and
roof, they only limited the fixes outside the apartments. It may look
better outside, but they do poor jobs on maintenance inside the
apartments. The staff is unfriendly and hard on maintenance request.
He will go through the paper work to see if he can charge you fees.
Besides, the maintenance is very slow. Last time, we had to keep
calling the maintenance for weeks so that they finally showed up. When
they showed up, they fixed selective items, and told us some were not
fixable with irresponsible reasons. Then we had to figure out by
ourselves and fixed it. All I can say is that the maintenance is not
reliable, and the staff is very professional in taking the money from
your pockets.

Also, please be careful about what will be surrounding you and your
kids when you consider moving in.

The maintenance staff is really unfriendly, specially the guy with the green pick up that says REDNEK on the rear window. But the location is great, thats why I still living here.
