I was a resident at Lake Regency Estates for 10 years while I never had a problem with maintenance response the management was constantly changing. One Mrs. Thornton left the property I should have left too, because it went down hill. One manager left owing me money and nothing ws done after I reported it. There have been some shady personnel working in the office that were later fired. In 10 years there were about 8 or 9 managers.

I made arrangements to pay my rent and was served with a summons while away on family business. This was totally unacceptable since the arrangements had been accepted by someone in the office. I was never given the chance to pay off the debt but it went on my credit report. If you can't believe in the office personnel who can you trust'

I passed the property today, April 22, 2008 and the sign read "Under new management". Does that tell you anything'
