Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have been living in Lake Regency for 3 years and in the last 13 months I have had 2 break ins, 1 being recently. And with one month left on the lease the manager refuses to let me out of my lease because the property don't provide security. I'm moving out but still have to pay the last month rent.
Lake Regency only care as long as you pay RENT!
