Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
I lived in Lake of the woods for 4 years. The apartment was spacious. Maintenance was OK, they responded promptly, but sometimes they reported no problems when there were problems. The water is off during the day at least once every two months. Management leaves a bit to be desired, though. They have changed management frequently within the last 3 years, and the current management is somewhat rude and unprofessional.
